By purchasing on this e-shop, you accept the terms and conditions below.

* Once the ticket/item purchased it will not be refunded.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs are included in the total price, aswel as the paypal/bank costs.
The shipping costs are lower than the official post rates as we wanted to keep them low. In case of loss or dammage by the post office, the item will not be replaced.

If you wish a secured shipping (tracking), please contact us and we will calculate the official rate.

After confirming the "cart", make sure to complete the form correctly (all fields).
You can add a comment with your order if you have other questions.

*** for Ticket sale only ***
* If you loose your ticket, if it is stolen or lost by the post office, it will not be replaced.
In that case, please contact us asap, the ticket will be blacklisted and can not anymore be redeemed during the show.
We will provide you a digital confirmation that you can present us in order to get access to the VIP. A valid ID will be requested.

* For digital tickets: The digital tickets will be sent manually, please allow us some days to prepare yours.
If you didn't recieve the e-mail containing your ticket within a week, please contact us back.


* If you have purchased the wrong ticket (wrong show), contact us quickly to correct the error in our data. Then, we can provide you the good ticket.

* It may happen that unexpected events occur (that we wish not of course) such as late or accident with the tour bus that makes the VIP session not possible or partially possible.
The band will do its best to find a solution as a compensation.

* If the show is cancelled, the ticket will be refunded (minus shipping and paypal costs) later after the tour.
